Corrections Policy

We test with real money and date every claim, but we still get things wrong sometimes, and operators change their terms without notice. When that happens, we fix it in the open. This page explains how.

How to report a problem

If you spot something inaccurate or out of date in a review, comparison, or guide, use the report link on the page or email us at hello@topbettingsa.com. Tell us the page, the specific claim, and what you believe is correct. Evidence such as a screenshot, a date, or a reference number helps us act faster.

How we handle reports

Every report goes into our re-verification queue. We check it against our testing log and, where needed, re-test the claim with a real account. Five reports on the same claim within 30 days force an immediate re-test, ahead of the normal schedule.

How we mark changes

We separate three kinds of change, and we do not blur them:

  • Correction: we published something inaccurate. We fix it and note what changed, and when, in the review's public “What changed” log.
  • Update: a factual detail changed on the operator's side, such as a bonus or a payment time. We update the page and the “Last updated” date.
  • Re-verification: we re-ran the test. Only this refreshes the “Last verified” date and the verification badge.

Editorial polish never refreshes a verification date. Only a new test does.

Our three dates

Every review shows Published, Last updated, and Last verified, and they mean different things. Keeping them separate is how you can tell genuine re-testing from cosmetic edits.

Timeframes

We aim to acknowledge correction requests within two business days. Straightforward factual corrections are normally resolved within five business days. A correction that needs re-testing with real money can take longer, because opening an account, depositing, and timing a withdrawal takes real time. We would rather be right than fast.

Serious errors

If an error was significant enough to change a rating or a verification status, we say so plainly at the top of the affected page, not only in the change log.
